“ก.พลังงาน” พร้อมงัดกองทุนน้ำมันฯ ดูแลราคา หากดีเซลบี 10 ทะลุ 30 บาท/ลิตร'

กระทรวงพลังงานเผยแนวโน้มสถานการณ์การใช้และราคาพลังงานปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่อง สาเหตุมาจากความต้องการใช้พลังงานทั่วโลกเพิ่มขึ้นหลังเศรษฐกิจเริ่มฟื้นตัวจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ขณะที่กลุ่มโอเปกควบคุมปริมาณการผลิต กระทรวงพลังงานเตรียมพร้อมมาตรการรับมือใช้กลไกกองทุนน้ำมันรักษาเสถียรภาพหากกรณีราคาน้ำมันดีเซลพื้นฐาน (บี 10) สูงเกิน 30 บาท/ลิตร เพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อประชาชนผู้บริโภคและการฟื้นตัวของเศรษฐกิจประเทศ

นายสมภพ พัฒนอริยางกูล โฆษกกระทรวงพลังงาน เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้สถานการณ์ราคาพลังงานในตลาดโลกยังคงปรับตัวเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากเศรษฐกิจทั่วโลกที่เริ่มฟื้นตัวจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 รวมถึงการเข้าสู่ช่วงฤดูหนาวของซีกโลกตะวันตก รวมทั้งยังมีผลกระทบต่อเนื่องจากพายุในสหรัฐอเมริกา ทำให้การผลิตน้ำมันต้องหยุดชะงัก นอกจากนั้น กลุ่มประเทศผู้ผลิตน้ำมัน (กลุ่ม OPEC) ได้มีการควบคุมการผลิตน้ำมันดิบ ส่งผลให้ทั่วโลกเผชิญกับปัญหาราคาน้ำมันปรับตัวสูงขึ้น ซึ่งกระทรวงพลังงานติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมเตรียมมาตรการรับมือเพื่อบรรเทาผลกระทบต่อประชาชนและไม่ให้กระทบต่อการฟื้นตัวเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ โดยเตรียมใช้มาตรการช่วยเหลือจากกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ในการรักษาเสถียรภาพของระดับราคาขายปลีกน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงภายในประเทศไม่ให้มีความผันผวนมากจนเกินไป ซึ่งหากเกิดกรณีที่ราคาน้ำมันดีเซลพื้นฐาน (B10) ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นสูงกว่า 30 บาท/ลิตร ก็จะเข้าไปดูแลราคา ซึ่งปัจจุบันราคาน้ำมันดีเซล (B10) อยู่ที่ 28.29 บาท/ลิตร

"กระทรวงพลังงานได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ของราคาน้ำมันและราคาแอลพีจีในตลาดโลกอย่างใกล้ชิด และขอยืนยันว่ากระทรวงพลังงานเตรียมพร้อมใช้กลไกกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงเข้าอุดหนุนทันที หากราคาน้ำมันดีเซล (B10) มีราคาสูงกว่า 30 บาทต่อลิตร ซึ่งในช่วงนี้กระทรวงพลังงานขอรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนผู้ใช้น้ำมันดีเซลหันมาเติมน้ำมันดีเซล ซึ่งมีราคาถูกกว่าน้ำมันดีเซลบี 7 ถึง 3 บาทต่อลิตร รวมถึงที่ผ่านมากองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงก็ได้ให้การช่วยเหลือราคา LPG โดยตรึงราคาขายปลีกสำหรับถังขนาด 15 กิโลกรัมอยู่ที่ 318 บาทต่อถัง (ไม่รวมค่าขนส่ง) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2563 เป็นต้นมา และล่าสุดคณะกรรมการบริหารนโยบายพลังงาน (กบง.) ได้มีมติเมื่อวันที่ 20 กันยายนที่ผ่านมาให้คงราคาขายปลีกก๊าซหุงต้มข้างต้นออกไปอีก 3 เดือน คือ ตั้งแต่ 1 ต.ค. 2564 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธ.ค. 2564 ซึ่งขอยืนยันว่ากระทรวงพลังงานไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจ และพร้อมที่จะใช้กลไกที่มีอยู่เข้าไปช่วยบรรเทาผลกระทบต่อค่าครองชีพประชาชน" โฆษกกระทรวงพลังงานกล่าว
