​ในขณะที่ภาคสาธารณสุขซึ่งเป็นงานด่านหน้าในปัจจุบันนี้ ได้นำโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลไปทำในเรื่องของ 'อสม.' ในการดูแลประชาชนในแต่ละชุมชน การนำเทคโนโลยีไปช่วยในโรงพยาบาลสนาม จนถึงสถานที่ฉีดวัคซีนต่างๆ

​'ระยะสั้น AIS อาจจะสามารถช่วยสาธารณสุขในการปกป้อง ป้องกัน แต่ในระยะยาวของการพัฒนา และฟื้นฟูประเทศได้จริงๆ คือเรื่องของการศึกษา เรื่องของเยาวชน จึงเป็นเหตุผลที่ได้เข้ามาทำโครงการ The Educators Thailand ให้แก่ครูไทย'

​วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการนี้ คือ การพัฒนาความพร้อมของคุณครูที่จะมีเยาวชนที่ต้องเรียนออนไลน์ ซึ่งเชื่อว่าทักษะนี้จะมีความจำเป็นต่อไปในอนาคตแม้จะผ่านช่วงสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ไปแล้วก็ตาม

​'ครูยังเป็นหัวใจสำคัญมากๆ ในการที่จะขับเคลื่อนให้ลูกศิษย์ และเยาวชน สิ่งสำคัญมากๆ คือครูต้องปรับตัวเองเพิ่มเติม และมีความมั่นใจว่าโครงการนี้อาจารย์ที่เข้าร่วมจะสามารถต่อยอด จุดประกายความรู้ความสามารถที่มีอยู่ในการสอนเด็ก และเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีพลังบวก เมื่อคุณครูสามารถชี้นำได้ และกลายเป็นความสุขในการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นในเวลานี้'

***ต่อยอด AIS Academy พัฒนาภาคการศึกษา



ในช่วง 4-5 ปีที่ผ่านมา AIS ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะของพนักงานภายในองค์กรให้มีการอัปสกิล และรีสกิล ให้รับกับดิจิทัลทรานส์ฟอร์เมชันที่เกิดขึ้น จึงเป็นการเสริมทักษะให้บุคลากรเพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ ​ก่อนเกิดการต่อยอดโครงการสู่ AIS Academy for Thais ภายใต้มุมมองใหม่ว่าการพัฒนาคนภายในองค์กรอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอต่อสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน โดยในช่วง 2-3 ปีที่ผ่านมา ได้เปิดโอกาสให้คนไทยได้เข้าถึงหลักสูตรต่างๆ ซึ่งไม่เคยเกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยมาก่อน

​สำหรับโครงการ The Educators Thailand จะเริ่มจากเปิดโอกาสให้คุณครูได้สามารถเข้ามาเรียนรู้หลักสูตรต่างๆ และข้อมูลที่มีประโยชน์ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม LearnDi ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมทักษะใหม่ๆ ใน 5 หลักสูตร ตั้งแต่ 1.การเรียนรู้ภูมิทัศน์ของการเรียนในอนาคต องค์ประกอบของการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ระบบ Learn from Home จนถึงอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียน 2.การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิธีการเรียนออนไลน์ 3.กลยุทธ์ในการสอนออลไน์ ทั้งการสอนแบบผู้เรียนอิสระ การสอนโดยใช้กิจกรรมกลุ่ม การออกแบบการสอนที่มีการแนะนำความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรการเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling) เพิ่มเติมเข้าไป

​4.การผลิตวิดีโอออนไลน์สำหรับการศึกษา และ 5.การวัดประเมินผลออนไลน์ ทั้งความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติต่างๆ โดยเมื่อผ่านหลักสูตรจะได้ใบประกาศนียบัตร และ Digital Credential Badge จาก AIS Academy ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานการรับรองคุณวุฒิระดับสากล

​นอกเหนือจากการเพิ่มหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนแล้ว ภายใต้โครงการ The Educators Thailand ยังมีการเปิดเวทีการแข่งขันเพื่อให้บุคลากรทางด้านการศึกษากว่า 1,000 คน จากทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น นักการศึกษา ครูผู้สอน บุคลากรด้านการศึกษาทุกสังกัด และนักศึกษาฝึกสอน มาเข้าร่วม Un Learn และ Re Learn ทักษะการสอน จนท้ายที่สุดจะได้มาซึ่งผลงานจากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการในลักษณะต้นแบบของสื่อการสอนที่จะสามารถนำไปต่อยอดให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อภาคการศึกษาในปัจจุบันและอนาคต

​โดยหลังจากนี้ ในช่วง 2 เดือน ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมจะเข้าหลักสูตรพัฒนา ออกแบบทฤษฎีการเรียนการสอน การออกแบบสื่อใหม่ๆ ยกระดับครูด้วยกัน จนถึงขั้นตอนการสอบวัดผล เมื่อผ่านจะได้รับใบประกาศนียบัตร

​เป้าหมายที่สำคัญของโครงการนี้คือ การเข้าไปยกระดับขีดความสามารถคุณครูไทย โดยเฉพาะการปรับกรอบความคิด (Mindset) ให้ฝักใฝ่ในการเรียนรู้ ด้วยการนำศักยภาพของเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ พร้อมกับการนำเครื่องมือดิจิทัลมาช่วยเชื่อมต่อผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม
