นายเสริมศักดิ์ ขวัญพ่วง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายงานการเงิน บริษัท อนันดา ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ANAN ผู้นำแห่งวงการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับคนเมือง ครองตำแหน่งผู้นำตลาดคอนโดมิเนียมติดรถไฟฟ้า เปิดเผยว่า หลังจากบริษัทฯ ได้ยื่นข้อมูลขอเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนทั่วไปและผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน จำนวน 2 รุ่น ล่าสุด บริษัทฯ ได้กำหนดอัตราผลตอบแทนหุ้นกู้ฯ ดังนี้ หุ้นกู้ฯ อายุ 1 ปี 6 เดือน อัตราดอกเบี้ย 4.40% ต่อปี และหุ้นกู้ฯ อายุ 2 ปี 6 เดือน อัตราดอกเบี้ย 5.20% ต่อปี จ่ายดอกเบี้ยทุก 3 เดือน โดยจะเสนอขายในระหว่างวันที่ 5-6 และ 9-10 สิงหาคมนี้ ผ่านผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายหุ้นกู้ 6 แห่ง ประกอบด้วย ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ เอเซีย พลัส จำกัด บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ กรุงไทย ซีมิโก้ จำกัด และบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ โกลเบล็ก จำกัด

โดยหุ้นกู้ฯ ดังกล่าว ได้รับการจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือจากบริษัท ทริสเรทติ้ง จำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2564 ในระดับที่ลงทุนได้ (Investment Grade) ที่ BBB- เช่นเดียวกับอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กร โดยมีแนวโน้ม "คงที่" (Stable)
